Many businesses today might use the space on their “About Us” page to talk more about their products and services. And there’s nothing wrong with that. But we’d like to take a different approach by sharing our heart and vision — not just for where we’ve been and how we got to where we are now but also for the future. Yes, we are A&A Air. And, yes, we provide HVAC services to residential and light commercial customers in Lantana and the immediate surrounding areas. But we want YOU to know us as Jason and Laurie Fraser! And we want you to see our business like we do — our LEGACY.
We named A&A Air after our sons, Austin and Andrew, because we wanted to leave something behind for them — a legacy of strong Christian values and a shining example of what hard work is supposed to look like. We are doing this for our kids, and our hope is that they can take over the family business one day and be proud to follow in our footsteps. Hence, the motto, "The Future of Air Conditioning."
Our Story – For better or worse, and in hot weather and cold!
We always felt like no matter what we decided to do in our business lives, we would be successful. That’s because we wholeheartedly believe in the old-school way of doing business. Old school means doing business the way your parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents did things — where serving the community was top of mind and a man or a woman’s handshake and word were as strong as oak. There were no cutting corners, only fair and honest business practices. It’s an approach that translates to any industry — especially HVAC. Plus, it’s a business model that stands the test of time.
Before we ever met, fell in love, and had two amazing boys, entrepreneurship and focusing on owning our own business with dignity and honor were central to our upbringing. Our families were hard workers from the very beginning, and they remained successful even when competitors rolled into town, offering products and services that were supposedly bigger and better. We were from tight communities, and everyone knew and trusted us. Our families took that to heart and taught us things you can’t learn in a classroom or book: trust, integrity, and a strong sense of community. They preached doing the job right first and going above and beyond for the customer.
Just the fact that we became honorable business owners provided an immediate benefit to the community. Customers saw the value of our company and the values we, as the owners, brought to the table.
The biggest thing we’ve noticed, though, is how many business owners don’t embrace this concept in today’s society. They think relying on our time-honored business methods means being stuck in the past. So, they get caught up in moving too fast and, as a result, lose sight of the customer experience and the right way of doing things. We’re here to tell you being old school is far from a fad, and if you aren’t getting that from your current AC guy, you and your family would be better served going back in time a bit with the Frasers.
